Anthony Colombo, PhD student

 

Anthony is a third-year PhD student in Epidemiology since 2021. He is currently working on various projects related to social and pathobiological factors in cancer development. 

Jiayi (Sylvia) Shen, PhD student

Sylvia is a fourth-year PhD student in Biostatistics since 2020. She is currently working on the JAM project where she extends the JAM framework into a multi-ethnicity and/or multi-studies setting. She received her MS in Biostatistics from Columbia University and BS in University College London, London, UK.

Gillian King, PhD student

Gillian is a second-year PhD student in Biostatistics since 2022. She is currently working on various projects including Leveraging Diversity in Cancer Epidemiology Cohorts and Novel Methods to Improve Polygenic Risk Scores (PRIMED-Cancer).

Qiran Jia, PhD student

Qiran is a second-year PhD student in Biostatistics since 2022. He is currently working on various projects including latent unknown clustering integrating multi-omics data (LUCID) with phenotypic traits.

Shardul Nazirkar, Programmer Analyst II

Shardul is a graduate with Masters in Data Science. He is currently working on various projects including Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and RESPOND – African American Prostate Cancer Study.
